Peyto lake engagement session

Charissa and Paul’s session in the Canadian Rockies was beautiful, to say the least! Clear skies, a gorgeous sunset, and of course these two cuties made it all the more amazing. Adventure Sessions are something I love to get out and do, it’s so much fun to explore new places. I equally love showing couples who are even local to Alberta what’s right in our backyard.   I love any opportunity to get away from the city hustle to go out into the mountains, to simply explore! And what better way to do that than with these two.

We may or may not have spent a fair amount of our shoot time trying to figure out Charissa’s second outfit. It was a wrap dress and for the life of both of us we could not figure out it. We can definitely laugh about it, and not to worry we still had lots of light to work with, we certainly weren’t missing out on anything! But we made it work eventually.

I cannot photograph a landscape to save my life, but stick a couple in there. Put a person in the scene and I can photograph that all day. Charissa and Paul, we’re so much fun photograph. I’ll get to capture these two again in July, yahoo! I Can’t wait!
