Macmillan + Botham Family

Ooh! Look at all the pretty fall colours! So happy I was able to do this session for these wonderful people, you may remember Nicola + Nick from their engagement session I posted here from the summer! You can find that blog post here we all had such a great time out in Jasper that Nicola + Nick booked me for their wedding coming up in 2017. Yay! Bonus, Nicola contacted me for a super cute family session with her dad, their dogs, and of course her fiancee Nick!

So we met at the University of Alberta, fall around this neighbourhood is always the most colourful and their puppies tagged along. I love when people bring their dogs for sessions it’s kinda like the unlimited prop haha but mainly because I like many people see dogs as part of their family so why wouldn’t you want them in your family photos!

This session just makes me even more excited to photograph Nicola + Nick’s wedding day, this little family session allowed me to get to know their family better and that really touches me, that people are so open to let me into their lives to capture these special moments.
