Jackie + Stephen

Sharing another gorgeous couple on my blog today, here’s Jackie + Stephen! We almost got rained out on these two but luckily for us the rain held, and we got some nice overcast instead. I really don’t mind overcast days, they just create a nice natural even lighting over everything.

We headed out to downtown Edmonton for our engagement session, Jackie + Stephen wanted a more urban vibe. So for me that meant one thing and one thing only! Rooftop parkade session! I love rooftop parkades they give a great view of the city skyline without obstruction and most of the time when we end up going there empty. The whole place to ourselves sometimes makes things easier than having a bunch of people watch you take photographs.

Jackie + Stephen are adorably silly, these two are always making jokes! Their getting hitched this summer out at Fort Edmonton Park and I’m excited I’ll also be able to capture their beautiful daughter Hayden as she wasn’t able to join us for this session here. I’m looking forward to getting some great family photos of all three of them on one of their most special days yet. Fort Edmonton Park will be gorgeous in September, so you’ll be seeing these two again soon!
