Industrial Brewery Inspired Wedding

I haven’t photographed a styled shoot in what feels like a long time! This shoot actually almost didn’t happen, several reschedules later… and ta-da! Here’s this beautiful industrial brewery inspired wedding. I loved collaborating with The Bridal House for this shoot, Megan was perfect to work with. It’s nice when you can really see eye to eye with someone for a styled shoot, it makes it all the more fun! Props also to Megan, who brought in Save the Date Weddings. They coordinated the rest and beautifully styled the whole thing!

Styled shoots are an amazing way for all of us in the industry to flex our creative muscles. On a wedding day, there is so much on the go, I love the hustle and bustle, but there is something nice about curating a ‘fake’ wedding.

It also gives us the chance to work with new vendors, try out new trends, and just simply have fun with it! I always try to source out real couples for these types of styled shoots and Allie and Carter fit the bill perfectly! In my opinion, a styled shoot should look as close to a real micro wedding as possible. This is why I like using real couples, they are much more comfortable and are willing to (obviously) be more intimate with each other. Because I love intimacy in my photography work!
